La modélisation du processus de gestion de la qualité de la production et des services à partir de la théorie configurationnelle holistique a permis de trouver les configurations, les liens et les dimensions qui le caractérisent, ainsi que les contradictions dialectiques qui se manifestent dans le lien dynamique, en soulignant comme contradiction dialectique fondamentale celle qui existe entre la qualité en tant qu'expression de la totalité et les processus dans lesquels elle est générée.

The modeling of the process of production and service quality management from the holistic configurational theory made it possible to find the configurations, links and dimensions that characterize it, as well as the dialectical contradictions that are manifested in the dynamics link, highlighting as a fundamental dialectical contradiction the one between quality as an expression of the totality and the processes in which it is generated.

Die Modellierung des Prozesses des Produktions- und Dienstleistungsqualitätsmanagements auf der Grundlage der ganzheitlichen Konfigurationstheorie ermöglichte es, die Konfigurationen, Verbindungen und Dimensionen zu ermitteln, die ihn charakterisieren, sowie die dialektischen Widersprüche, die sich in der dynamischen Verbindung manifestieren, wobei als grundlegender dialektischer Widerspruch der zwischen der Qualität als Ausdruck der Gesamtheit und den Prozessen, in denen sie erzeugt wird, hervorgehoben wurde.
