DCarS is a driving rules and regulations training program designed for use on handheld devices. This thesis presents DCarS (Drive Car Safely), a software product developed to help pre-permit, permit and licensed drivers increase or refresh their knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes necessary for driving safely.
