In this study, controlled release matrix tablets containing cephelexin were prepared using HPMC15 cps and Eudragit L100 in different concentration by Direct compression method. Tablets were evaluated for physical properties,Hardness, friability, weight variation and In vitro dissolution study was carried on USP II apparetus (peddle type).
