A simple, precise, rapid, and reproducible reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography method is developed for the simultaneous estimation of metformin hydrochloride (MET), pioglitazone hydrochloride (PIO), and glimepiride (GLP) present in multicomponent dosage forms.
