Rici Skei, a native of Fresno, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Master's Degree in Education - both from Fresno Pacific University. She is happily married to the love of her life, Phil Skei, and is the mother of two amazing little girls, Kadence Allena and Kaylin Alexis.In 2006, the Skei Family relocated from North Fresno to one of the most under- resourced and impoverished areas of Fresno in order to model a ministry of personal and community transformation there.
