Our family did not go to church, nor did I know anything about Christianity while growing up in San Diego, California. I became active in a variety of sports such as basketball, surfing, bowling, billiards, ping pong and Tiddlywinks. I worked a variety of jobs while attending San Diego State University. I graduated in 1976 and also acquired a teaching credential. In the midst of all this Jesus Christ entered the drama of my life. It wasn't long before the drama became a rescue story.
