Within the aging populations the questions of protection of frail and incompetent elderly in Europe have become significant. The aim of the project is to find out the possibilities of creation of a system of protection of frail and incompetent elderly that would enable them to spend their life in dignity and protected their invertible and indefeasible human rights.
