The present title "Hepaticae of Nilgiri hills, Western Ghats (India)"Vol.-I, provides the first comprehensive account of diversity in the terrestrial liverworts of Nilgiri hills. It incorporates a critical morpho-taxonomic and ecological observations of terrestrial taxa supplemented with relevant illustrations.
