The four synthetic compounds named Ortho-amino aniline, 2-bromo propyl amine hydrobromide, 3-bromopopyl ammonium bromide and Benzimidazole-2-thiol were evaluated for their pharmacological activity. Evaluation of anti-oxidant activity was done by DPPH free radical scavenging activity. In this investigation, the compound ortho amino aniline showed the highest free radical scavenging activity with IC50 value 0.85 g/ml.
