David Arnold, President and Founder of World Evangelistic Outreach, has more than 30 years experience in the field of missions. Dr. Arnold, upon graduation from college, was pastor of a church for 14 years in Kreamer, PA; a town of 400 people. The church experienced an amazing growth of over 600 people in attendance each Sunday.
