The Goldie Boy, a short one-act play, featured in the 2007 Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival and also played Cork Arts Theatre with the Coachford Players.

The kitchen of a rural Irish village house, after the funeral of Daniel, elder son of Mary and Dan. Father Martin and Noel stand, trying to converse in the tragic circumstances. Daniels suicide from the local and infamous bridge has left the village in shock.

A very short play, featuring two pigeons atop lampposts, overlooking a public place. Their perspective may appear comic, but do they make a more serious point on human self-importance? This play made its debut at Cork Arts Theatre, fresh off the press in October 2014.

This anthology comprises scenes and short plays written by participants in the Drama League of Ireland's playwrighting course at Summer school 2014, taught by Gavin Kostick. All of the pieces included were written as part of the course activities and illustrate aspects of the learning involved.
