Jacqueline Ferrell is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She is born to the proud parents of Bessie Mae Ferrell and Elijah Ferrell. She is the Fifth child of six children. She has one daughter Elisha Patrice Ferrell. She is a licensed minister and servant of the most High God. She also graduated from Community Bible Institute & Seminary earning her Bachelor degree in Religious Education.
