Caroline Williams-Murphy is the visionary, founder, and pastor of Purpose by Design Ministries, a Bible training and ministry center. The vision was given to her in December of 1999. The vision of the ministry is to wisely "train" young men and women to be sane and sober on mind, temperate, disciplined, and to love their husbands and children, and to teach what is fitting and right.
