This study is an evaluation of Support for
the Health Sector Devolution Policy in Zambia. The study
adopts a stakeholder analytical approach and its central
objective is to study characteristics of key stakeholders,
analyse how these influence support for implementing the
devolution policy in the Zambian Health Sector and recommend
strategies for taking forward the decentralisation process.
