The dynamics of sexual harassment in Ghanaian public universities is investigated by two Ghanaian women scholars. Following on the study, they suggest strategies for the development of university based policies. The study examines the forms of sexual harassment that occur on university campuses, and examines the attitudes and perceptions of members of the university community towards it. Akua O.
