Patrick H. ("Pat") Clancy, the youngest of six Irish-American boys, sons of a New York City Fire Captain and a homemaker, is an active church member. Mr. Clancy is a member of the board of Transformation Life Center, a faith-based drug-rehab in nearby West Park, where he also tutors for the GED. Mr. Clancy is a Gideon; as such, he is interested in the salvation of Dutchess County.
