This book, Healing the Wounds of Spiritual Abuse, bears a very close resemblance to the author's previous, 2015 publication, Deadly Toxins of Unhealthy Churches. It carries a similar message as the earlier volume. Many victims of spiritual abuse are in greater need of healing than of learning about the intricacies of abusive churches, and so after much thought and prayer, it was decided to publish another related volume that puts greater emphasis on the healing process and less on the dynamics of toxic churches.
