The United States of America is exceptional in that we were founded on a set of values - values including Liberty, Unity (E Pluribus Unum), Judeo-Christianity, and Capitalism - and those values are the reason for much of our success as a nation. We are a strong and diverse nation with a reverence for liberty and a trust in God. It's important that we conserve these values for ourselves and for the next generations, so that we may continue to prosper as a nation and as a people. The poems in tbis book are a dedication to that.
