Growing up in my family there were five children, I had two sisters, and two brothers, but I was the oldest. Being the oldest I had a lot of responsibility. My younger siblings always looked to me when it came to getting things done around the house. So I was always in a lead position even when I didn't want to be. I always tried hard not to be in front.
