Some years ago, our 4th-6th grade Sunday School class spent a year memorizing this Catechism. Since then, we saw many who were not part of that class walk away from Christ while some continued in the faith. We suddenly realized that most of those who remained steadfast had been taught the Catechism. As we pondered this, a member of that class who had left the area dropped by for a visit.
