A Tale of Magnificent Wings is a "documentary-fiction hybrid" story for all ages. It is based on a long-term behavioral observation of a number of dragonflies coming to a small pond in my backyard. The story represents the primordial feelings of loneliness, insecurity, pursuit of love, and jealousy conveyed by the images of real dragonflies and their unique facial expressions. Furthermore, it is a fun story with many twists and turns in the path of finding friendship, survival, and also touches on genetics.
