Growing up around the Spiezio family restaurant was obviously an inspiration. Coming from a long line of cooks, at the age of 8, I was preparing meals for the family on fend for yourself night. I decided to take some of the recipes and put a little twist on them by cooking everything at 420 degrees, of which is a continued practice at my household.
