Harper is a quiet, introverted girl who's new to town when she meets a goofy class clown named Riley. Their friendship begins in elementary school and follows them as they each come of age, intersecting at important moments throughout middle and high school. Both Harper and Riley learn the importance of friendship, even when it's hard.
