Indoor air pollution, outdoor air pollution, Climate change, and occupational health are worsening the already terrible burden of disease in the developing countries. In Kenya, indoor and outdoor air pollution levels of over 5500 and 440 micrograms /m3 have been registered. This is causing climate change and respiratory diseases such as obstructive respiratory pulmonary diseases and asthma, thereby increasing the already high burden of environmental and occupational diseases.
