Unlike objectives, which are by their very nature self-contained, goals are immeasurable. A goal is realized, not achieved, and must be maintained to remain successful. What good is the goal of losing weight if you don't keep the weight off? Losing twenty pounds is an objective. Keeping that twenty pounds from returning is a goal, which must be maintained to remain a success.
