The fifteen poems in this volume are about love, perhaps the most common and popular theme in poetry. Romantic love is a motivating force, a source of comfort and pain, and much, much more besides. Indeed, it is the very subtlety and diversity of love's manifestations that have, I suspect, deterred me from writing on the topic more often.
