Visualization is about seeing in the mind and making it happen. The creation of a healthy imagination is important to lifelong success and empathy for others. The preschool and kindergarten students at Children's College in Slidell, LA benefit from various visualization and meditation techniques to help them develop as future leaders. This book is intended as a children's guide to visualization and is illustrated by an alumni of the programme. We hope that this book makes the concept of visualization accessible to young children.
