Blue is an anthology of poetry and prose featuring Jamaican and other poets from around the globe. Looking back, I now see how very privileged my siblings and I were and how many families had to struggle hard to provide a secondary education for their children. Even grappling with the decision be-tween education, menial work, and having food to eat.
