Sandy Road Memories described the numerous trips my family made to South Georgia from our home in Erin, Tn. My mothers family are located in South Georgia, near the small town of Blackshear.

This book has been such a wonderful experience for me. I have reread many of my old journals that I have been writing off and on since I was in the fifth grade. I want to thank my siblings for inspiring me to write about our wonderful memories. I need to thank my childhood friend, Nancy Nave, for editing this book for me.
