A teacher's manual for those training in the two hundred hour Zen Yoga program, this work offers inspiration for those standing in front of others, as well as common "body language" for the teacher to know and be able to work with. The manual includes the 108 postures of Zen Yoga and a section to log the required 200 hours of training. Note sections are for students to record information from live class trainings, and to be used as a reference once teaching.
