James Dixon aka Hustler is a product of his environment. Raised in the Morris Black projects on Cleveland's East Side, Young Hustler is forced to overcome abuse and neglect at an early age. Due to the circumstances, it doesn't take long for him to become immersed in the criminal subculture surrounding him. As a teenager, Hustler befriends Cutty, a white cocaine dealer from New Orleans with ties to the Columbian Cartel.
