When Hurricane Katrina hits New Orleans and the levees collapse, a lot of things happen and don't happen. Folks are left basically to fend for themselves, while government officials dither and amuse themselves. A historic American city is left to die. This is a tale of one week of Katrina, of the occasional heroes who survived it, and of the government comedians who made it into such a farce.
