Wendell Nordby was a simple carpenter living in a small Northern California town when he heard the call of God to quit his job and enter a life of faith. A relatively new Christian, Wendell believed a life sold out to Christ required drastic measures to insure his time on earth is maximized for His purposes. On a shoestring, he and his wife, Nancy, obeyed God and started their own contracting business.
