A class of angels in Heaven receive the assignment of designing clouds for planet Earth. One of the angels, Ernie, has an ongoing problem of keeping up with the class. When he has an unusually hard time doing the project, God suggests he take a little time off and think about it. Ernie travels to Earth and seeks out Suzie, a very creative and wise young lady.
