Often voters select the most charismatic or familiar individual...one with a particular skill or political prowess. Rarely does a candidates ability to manage enter the discussion during a political cycle. The question needing the most critical consideration, is whether or how an elected leaders management ability helps or hinders a government agencies ability to function. Rather than succumbing to the perception that all government is broken, its time to instead determine what needs to change.
