To meet citizens need who expect twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week availability of government services, governments embraced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to leverage their services and improve performance. In this book, one of e-government projects which has been implemented in Iran in 2010 has been investigated. This initiative made it possible for businesses to purchase petroleum products online via a governmental agencys portal.
