Everyone has a story; this book just happens to be a glimpse into the story of my life. I guess you can say it's the story of many lives. As I traveled through life's journey, I met many who had similar, if not the same story. My life was tumultuous; I grew from a broken child to a broken woman. Food for Thought is motivational poetry. I wrote it to motivate men and women about communication and relationship, and my desire to help each other learn how to communicate.
