The present study aims at finding out the relationship between occupational stress and mental ill health among the teachers. Occupational Stress Index was used to collect data from a sample of 100 teachers. Statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation, t test and coefficient of correlation were employed for the analysis of data. Analysis of occupational index scores revealed that teachers are moderately stressed.
