This is the triumphant story of Jeff He was born at home prematurely at five and a half months, without oxygen, in a trailer home, to an alcoholic mother. He weighed 2 lbs. 7 oz. His mother, because of her drunken stupor condition, didn't even realize he had been born. This had been her state for years. Jeff suffered from "Fetal Alcohol Syndrome" and had numerous deficits after his birth.
