This work shall guide industrial maintenance practitioners in selecting and prioritizing the lean tools in real practice to improve productivity of maintenance using scientific techniques. Authors own hands-on experience of about 12 years in the machines maintenance using lean tools has added value to the work. Data collection and analysis is very systematic and maintenance model has been developed using SEM and AHP.
