Over the past two decades South Africa underwent several changes, not only as a country but also in the Tertiary Education sector. One of the greatest changes was that South African tertiary institutions were now required to compete on the global stage to attract top students. Tertiary Institutions were therefore required to attract and retain highly skilled and internationally marketable employees to satisfy the needs of both there national and international consumers.
