Combined chlorine degradation, a study to investigate the use of photochemical systems (photolysis, H2O2/UV and NaOCl/UV) to deplete monochloramine compound. It was found that the direct photolysis treatment was a suitable method to degrade the given compound and that this degradation was greatly enhanced by H2O2/UV.
