Port Pine Detective School has strict enrollment requirements - students must solve a case. Young Arthur Grimster is sent on a make believe mystery that his Mother and Detective Noble have created. Only Arthur is mistakenly given the wrong case and now he's investigating a case that involves thieves, illegal mining, saboteurs, attempted murder, hidden treasures, and a birthday party.
