Why the title 'Poetry of Otherness'? Well, having perused the sum total of my work I noticed that there was a vast collection of poems which I could only classify as 'Other'. Consequently, the poetry within this volume covers a wide variety of subject matter. There are about 5 or 6 poems within this collection which after I had read them (for the first time in many years) I thought to myself, "Where on earth was my head when I wrote that poem?"
