The Handlers, a race of centipede like aliens, want nothing less than to rid the universe of all intelligent life. The lifespan of each Handler is longer than most suns and there are countless trillions of them living in Dyson Spheres scattered throughout the galaxy. The Arwen, lead by Captain Marjorie Cook, stumbles upon one while trying to find a way home after getting lost in deep in space. She has to sacrifice everything to prevent them from finding Earth.
