The problem with weight loss programs is that they are complicated. You have to weigh stuff. Probably buy new stuff. May be a fancy blender. You probably have to do all kinds of tortuous exercises. Basically, you need to devote a small fortune in time and money. But it doesn't have to be that way. If you, like me, can't be bothered with this whole commitment / chopping vegetables / spending hours on treadmills thing, are impatient to see results, and are (not so) secretly vain, this book is for you
