Hara has not had an easy life. Used by her father for his cons until she was caught and thrown in to prison. She is now finally free from her father and she just wants to stay out of trouble. Gideon is a mathematician who has been kidnapped by revolutionaries and they are about to be in a lot of trouble because they don't know he is also a dragon. When Hara rescues Gideon she knows he is going to be trouble. Especially when they accidentally steal a pirate ship and are dragged into a plot to start a war with the Wyvern Empire.

The Jade Dragon Empress has summoned Gideon. Even though Gideon's brother is an Emperor he has tried to keep out of politics, but when a Dragon empress calls you have to answer.
