This book in Arabic presents in the first part the debate about the veil (hijab) in Islam through the interpretations given to the verses of the Quran and the position of liberal and conservative Muslims. The second part gathers the Arabic texts of ancient and modern exegetes relating to the verses about the veil.

With chapters in chronological order, this new translation of the Koran allows finally to easily understand the sequence of the "revelations" which gave birth to Islam. The book is further enriched by information otherwise difficult to obtain - links with Jewish and Christian sources, abrogating and abrogated verses, variations, divergent readings, different translations of uncertain terms. The book is entirely focused on information and semantics: it is a compact work, structured to facilitate as much as possible the comprehension of the Koran.

It is divided into two parts: Part I: A review of the types of linguistic errors in the Koran.
