Like any other empirical research, this study also has some limitations of its own. First draw back is small sample. As only government universities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad were taken as sample. Secondly, it was noticed during data collection that there was higher ratio of female respondents in the educational settings as compared to the male respondents. So, as a result there was imbalance in the ratio of female and male professors.
