The literature survey comprehensively documented the pyrazole and its derivatives as significantly important class of heterocyclic compounds possessing a wide spectrum of biological activities against anticancer, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, antitubercular, analgesic, etc. Pyrazole are readily available and series of compounds has been synthesized by countless modification in various positions on the pyrazole nucleus that has displayed improved biological activity. The compounds are further characterised and evaluated for desire pharmacological activity with high potency and low toxicity.
